Help Identify These Moto Tas Reeds

I found these in my garage today while cleaning. It's a full set brand new and the label says they are Moto Tas replacement reeds but I thought they are two petals per reed not three like these. Anyone know what these are for?

There should be 4 per cage, and it looks like they are v force 2's. I will take them if you have all 8 petals.
