Super Jet Help: Carb Jetting!!

I have never done any type of internal carb tuning besides turning the adjuster screws on the outside so I was hoping someone can help me out.

Here is what I have:

61x/61x 701 w/ 1mm overbore - fresh Pro-X pistons
Heavy Freestyle Porting
ADA Girlded Head w/ 34cc domes
Riva Red Pipe w/ stud kit
Billet 61x dual 44-46 Mikuni Manifold
Dual Mikuni 44sbn carbs, linked and matched set, came from a 760, stock snorkel type F/A
Dual cooling one line for motor, one line for pipe
Solas 15/18 stainless prop soon to be a Hooker 9/15

Ok Chris I know you can help me with this, the carbs that I bought from the 760 motor. I tried to bolt them up tonight on a billet dual carb manifold for 61x cases, the bolt pattern is horizontal instead of offset like the 62t manifold. Well the carbs are about 1" too wide. So idk what to do with this, Do I take the original setup off and use the Mikuni rubber coupler?

Yes, you will need to make up a new carb linkage for the different setup. Make sure to synchronize the 2 carbs to open at the same time.

Also make sure to jet for oem 44s, they are NOT the same as a/m mikuni 44s and will flow somewhat differently.

Ok how do I synchronize them? Ive done it on motorcycles but not on skis. And I have to jet them even if hey where both a pair off of the same motor?
loosen idle screw so it,s not touching and make sure both butterflys are closed and tighten coupler also as far as jetting those carbs come stock with 135 mains 75 pilots 95 gram springs 1.5 n/s i would run that with your set it should be fine set low speed 1 & one half turns from closed HIGH SPEED 1 turn from closed and go from there
