Blaster Head Bolt Issue

Hey guys I am somewhat new to the site and have a question. I have a 93 B1 that I had the engine rebuilt in about a year ago and after the rebuild my head bolts started to begin rusting. I don't ride in salt water and I always dry the engine off after I use it.
We have a 94 WRIII that has all stock parts and there is no rust at all, I'm wondering why mine has begun to do this.
I was wondering if there was a certain type of bolt I should get to replace it? and if I can only get stock head bolts again how can I prevent it from happening again?

Thanks, input would be much appreciated

I'm guessing that the cylinder lost the sacrificial anode during the rebuild.

It's also possible that removing/installing the bolts broke the zinc coating off them.

I plan on getting some stainless bolts, should I even worry about checking for the anode if I go this route, or what would you guys do?
