head and dome query sj rebuild

have just ordered an ada head and 701 35cc domes. however my new bore is 83mm. will this psi be too high for pump gas?
also have got a new secondhand cylinder with 83mm bore and got it honed. have ordered 83mm pro x pistons, are these ready to put straight in or do i need to check for right clearance?

sorry my ski has b pipe, MSD, mild porting, and maybe plans for tbm flywheel

that will be fine on pump gas
I would check the ring gap and make sure that your rings are ok

When i put a cylinder on i use a small scew driver to push the rings and make sure they are not jammed

sounds like your building a nice boat there
all the stuff your putting on will work well together
what carbs are you planning on using

running stock carbs at moment. not sure what i will use, maybe some 44s and some delta reeds. dunno. what you recommend. do mostly surf riding.

man you will have a real nice surf package with great reliabilty as well

You pretty much have my choice of surf setups there
