There was another thread on here specific to Oahu, but I thought I would post this for anyone considering riding on other Hawaiian islands. I was doing research to see what the regulations were for Kauai since my father in law lives there. I found this link for regulations of all islands effective back in 1994. I couldn't find any updated so maybe these regs still stand. So if you are heading that way and interested in riding, here's all the info you need. It might help you to choose which island you plan to visit
