While jumping wakes last week, I knocked one of my cooling lines off to the exhaust. In order to fix it I had to take the exhaust out, get a new hose clamp on the hose and put it all back together. I bought my ski used and its been half assed put together. I see missing bolts, clamps, and even hoses that aren't attached to anything. Once back together, I tried starting it, it was cranking but wouldn't turn over, probably because of air in the fuel lines, but then it just won't even crank now! I noticed two lines that aren't connected. One looks like the priming line on the dual carbs, its connected to both carbs but to nothing else? There is a bulb primer that is hooked up to the fuel lines though. Also I noticed another hose that comes off where to pump and firewall meet but again, its just a dangling hose. Its on the left side of the pump/driveshaft if your looking at it thru the engine bay (right side of the ski). Any idea what that is? I don't know if they have anything to do with my ski not starting now, I don't like dangling hoses not connected to anything, hate rigged POS work! I should just buy a new SJ. Thanks for any help for a noob.
