might be able to help you more on Friday if you cant get it done tomorrow.... I have the day off and can talk on the phone..... I would bump it up to 125 pilot jet and 145 main and see where that gets you.... then start working your way back down if need-be
 
ok thats kinda where i'm at too. but my pop off wont go any higher w/o changing the spring. i've got the arm bent so its level with the carb surface and thats all she rote. so i might as well pull my carb back off and check out my fuel pump and swap the jetts? and yaeh please bring some jetts so we can mess with it if you'd like. i only have the two jets and some old springs.. my pop off used to be >5 so 21 is wayyy better, at least it fires right up.

I dont know what jets I have.... I will have to look.... I may have something close... we will see... if I dont have them then someone else prob. will.... it will take about 5-10 minutes to test each set on that single carb... easy.... I dont want to mess around a lot up at R&R though... we should change to the higher jets at the ramp and then take the lower jets with us to the beach and mess with it more there.... that way you will be rich if anything on the ride over.... tuning on lake erie is going to be a pain... if you have time on friday you can come tune at springfield by my house and then you can head up to cleveland from there and crash at someones place... thats up to you though....

That will get you closer.... but you will prob want a higher main in there... like 140 or 145... I do have one about that size... prob why its cutting off at middle higher rpms... your main contributes from about 1/2 throttle on...
 
ok cool. today it ran really good. its never really ran lean on the high end, its always been low end for me. the only thing i'd tweak is from low throttle cruising to punching it- it hesitates just a second. i'ma go back out and check the plugs and stuff i'm half froze right now.
