Handlepole bolt removal on SN

Hello.

I have been riding in salt alot lately and just busted off my handlepole (for the second time). Anyways, the pole bolt was hard to remove the first time. I had to beat it out with a hammer and bolt. This time it seems like it is welded to the bracket. I have used some penetrating oil, but am worried I will break the bracket if I hit it any harder... With a wrench it is still almost impossible to turn the bolt in the bracket....

Suggestions?

impact wrench?

also try using an air chisel on the threaded end - partially thread a nut on there to keep the air chisel from dancing off the end of the bolt.

let some good penetrating oil soak on it for several hours. try heating up the bracket around the threads. If you can get it to wiggle just a little bit, work it back and forth for a while and keep adding penetrating oil.
