its down in the bottom of the cases and usually the crank web stuffs it thru the cases and ruins them. might want to take the bed plate off and have a look see.............

I do have a lot of grey residue under the motor... I will check, thanks Buzz. Pretty funny though....I'm still smiling, even though I should'nt be....

Yes, the Buzz was right small pieces got stock under the cranshaft a got pushed through the bottom case, putting a crack in it. Amazingly the cylinders are in amazing shape, the cranshaft ...I'm not sure. The rest of the piston must be at the bottom of the lake. And yes I will be in the market for a new motor, but I'm not looking to spend a lot. I can pick up whole ski for pretty cheap, pull what I need and sell the rest. Which will put me in at maybe a couple of hundred bucks...maybe more, maybe less. So being said, unless it's cheap-not interested. But thank you, I appreciate the offer. Plus I'de like to get a different carb with it , since mine has some issues.
