Guys running air/polystyrene under the tray, what did you reinforce?

Im going to be running poly under my tray and am wondering where, and how much you reinforced. Am I ok with 3 layers? or do I need more? I had to take the tray apart and refoam because my foot went through it in the first place.

I put one layer of heavy biaxial weave/cloth on the insides of the back sides - gunwales and bottom hull. I also put several layers of carbon/kevlar on the outside of the tray (top). No problems with structural integrity near as I can tell.

I did the flatdeck and running only polystyrene with no filler so the glass has nothing helping it. I'm running 3 layers of biax in the back where my feet go and 2 layers everywhere else. It's been holding up fine so far.

I only reinforced the sides (like doing the engine bay). I used blocks of poly and cut/shaped them to fit really tight. It took me a while to do that.

i got nothing but air under the front of my tray, and i made fiberglass "wall" supports for under my footholds, i just kept them flat on the bottom so water can still flow in the v part of the hull out to the hull drain, i will findout soon how well it has held up over the past two years when i crack into my hull.

Well I am going to be running sea doo drain plugs. Im also going to be using just regular fiberglass weave. But I have done aircraft repairs using this cloth so I'm sure its strong enough for this app. Is this "biax" stuff supposed to be stronger? or just thicker?
