Great core excersize.

I would like it more if it weren't for the association with UNC.

I started cossfit a few months ago, and it's made more of a difference in my overall strength that anything else I've tried. I might have to incorporate this into it on my lighter days.

Edit: Trying this right now, number 8 is really freaking hard to ballance. This series definitely hits some muscles I don't target with my usual crossfit routine. Good find.

Yeah, when I started it I got through the first few and was like "hell this is cake, I may have to up it to the 400" by the time I got to 6 or 7 I was read to quit :chairshot:

Just tried this, but all we have at home is a 4 pound ball so it wasn't bad at all. I'm sure this would kick my a$$ with an 8 pound by the time I got to number 7.

Been doing this for about a month and a half now, helped me cut 10lbs of fat and feel it really helped build strength. Haven't quite got up to the 400 yet.

Cool! Give the carve board a try.By design the carve board can really be laid over.Part of the learning process is learning to trust the tires holding power.Growing up riding skateboards the first thing you learn on a carve board is how much your skate board can not turn. You will know what I mean after you try one.

go cheap and just get a piece of wood to see if it's your thing. $149.00 seems like alot good luck!
