My brother just pointed me to this work our routine last night. Its a great, simple workout that doesn't take much time, only requires an 8lb medicine ball and will kick your a*s. Works good as a simple standalone excersize or in addition to your normal workout, great workout to get you inshape for riding! Check it out.
