Blaster gp1200 blaster help

Need input or a link to share how to run a gp1200 motor without the guage cluster. Just want to run start/stop switch and preserve the guage cluster so I can resell or hold onto the cluster in case I put things back to normal hull. thanks guy, Mike

Hi Mike, Your cluster on the GP unplugs. just tape it up to keep the water out and you are good to go. Cheers

well i see you taped off the big connector, but then there are two more connectors. and the only one that goes to the start/stop switch is the black connector (the one with white and black wires) but what did you do with the other connector(red and brown/orange wires i believe)?

I think i just figured it out. Now after looking i saw two connectors that fit together with the same colored wires running through it. I never looked closely at it until now because i was focused on the color of the connectors, and not the wires. Thanks for the pic 701dave!
