Had my GOPRO Hero 3 since this summer, a few weeks ago I noticed a crack developing on the back cover from buckling the back case shut. So I took a picture sent an email to them and 2 days later I had a replacement back cover with no questions asked.

This is good to hear. I purchased the wide angle one last fall and will try it out for the first time tomorrow.
