Other Gopro Hero3+ Silver or Black edition?

Im sure this has been beat to death here but searching wasnt bringing up anything....

So.....Is the Silver a good enough Camera for Jetski Use? or should i look for a Black Edition?

Not really gonna be Doing Flips or anything but would like to record rides similar to these

GoPro 4 was jut released. If you want a 3 wait a few days for the 3's to show up on eBay/craigslist

hmmm....Thanks for the heads up......would you sayt he silver edition is sufficient for capturing clearish images while used on a Jetski?

You may want to consider a SJ4000. GoPro imitation for less than $100.

I don't have one, but for that price when it gets lost or sinks to the ocean bottom, it isn't quite as bad.

I use the Silver, it's awesome. The black just has the remote, and the 4k footage, which requires professional software and a lot of editing skill just to use.

That appears to be a cheap imitation.

You get what you pay for in most instances.

4K resolution is worthless for jetski footage as it's only 15fps. Get the Silver, it does everything you need.
