Custom/Hybrid Going through pump bearings NEED HELP

i have a Krash Footrocket. I'm having issues with the pump bearings going out. I mean after 5 minutes of riding on a new set of bearings the front bearing in the pump going out at about 3/4 throttle it will lock up and stock the motor immediately. I am thinking its alignment that's doing it, but I don't know how to align it. Could someone help me out on this and give me some ideas on the issue?

Also agree, drive alignment is crutial. GET the tool from Cold fusion.
