Just found one that the guy wants me to make an offer on. I don't even know where to begin. As far as he knows, the 93 SJ 650 is bone stock. He has never run it in salt, but says he thinks the previous owner did. Says it's in average condition (for a 13 year old ski). I have not seen it yet, I want to bounce a price range off of him to see if he bites (some people think their stuffs gold ya know).

Thanks in advance,
Steve

that really depends on the results of a compression test and the wear and tear on the hull. Bone stock 650 SJ I would guess about $600 max in so so condition..........1200 max if in almost perfect condition.

You really think that a stock SJ can be had for $600? Dang I've not seen them for that price or even close to it, not around here atleast (Eastern Washington State). I hope that I do however 'cause I really want a superjet.

I bought a 90 Superjet with a stock 650 and some mods for $700 last year.
The deals can be had.
That was in February of 05.
I put together a complete 650 Superjet for $1000.
I bought another 650 SJ (with pipe, prop, AC pole) for 1300 a couple months back.

Cool, Thanks for the guidance. I have been looking on and off for a while now, and have not been able to find any SJ around here for less than $1k. Supply and demand must be quite different from place to place.

Guess when you guys want to sell your skis, ship them up to Washington.
