girdle head install question??

how hard is it to install a girdle head without removing exhaust to access the bottom cylinder bolts. should i wait to install my pipe after i get my head or can i go ahead with the pipe install and just install head when it comes in.

You can do it without removing the manifold. Just have a good extension.
