i used this stuff from kleen-stripe, it is an adhesive remover. it is at home depot not far from the woodweld glue. use gloves to apply, it is like a jell. use it once you get most the turf off. it will make the glue wipe off with a rag.

kawtipper thought i was not going to be able to get all the glue off my sides and foot tray. i wiped this stuff on and less than five minutes later wiped it clean with a rag. what did not come off rubbed off with my fingers. it just turns it to goo.

i mix gas and acetone it works wonders in a spray bottle. Also use a metal paint scraper. Probably the most flamable way to do it but its the best way i have found and i have done a more then one ski this way in a day.

I take back what I said earlier. I was de-turfing my neighbor ski today and decided to try something new other than my oldacteone/stripper, and a scraper. I tryed the goof off and gasoline in a spray bottle and was extremely happy with the results. First I pulled up one corner of the bottom and pulled while cutting with an exacto. The I ditched the remaining underpad with a razor scraper. Spray it on and wait 5 mintues. Spray it on again and wait 5 minutes. Once it dries it will literally wipe off with a rag. Took me 20 minutes to do the bottom of the tray then 30 for both sides of the tray. Total time from start to finish was a little bit under an hour.

so I nominate gas/goof off in a spray bottle the new best way to remove turf, haha. No cramped up painful finger joints either.
