i just finished my trinity epic.. and this thing at -4 wants to fly.... so I really need something to hold on to. I have new foot straps I can install, but Im almost afraid to get caught in them and break an ankle, or tear out my knee.... I've never used straps, so I'd like opinions on both if you have experience, and what did you use for a foot hold? I've seen them extend out from the seat but not sure what's under the hydroturf. I ride with some kind of sandal or shoe (for good reason)..
