650/X-2 Gasket thickness?

Just about to scoop up a new head gasket for the 650 sx and found a couple just what is the differnce in the thickness? Do i want a thicker or thiner gasket for my stock head? Also just what kind or what one should i get?

Stick to oem headgasket for oem cylinder head

Your stock head gasket is thin, stainless steel. ( About .010) There is thicker gaskets available. A thicker gasket would reduce compression.
