Super Jet Gas/Oil in the bilge can't find a leak anywhere

Ok so I've been working on my ski all winter getting it ready for summer and I've run into an issue.
Here's what I've done to it and what's going on:

It's a '92 SN and I've spent 3 months re-shaping the nose, tray & footholds. I sold the 650 and put a 62t motor in it from a wave raider. (Note I had the wave raider out twice before I tore it down and it seemed to run smoothly.)
I added a new factory B-Pipe and re-built & re-jetted the carbs per the factory-B specs. I milled down the head and bumped up the compression to 185/186 psi. I replaced the stock reeds with boyesen reeds and I Also ran new fuel lines and a primer kit to the carbs.

After about 6-7 months of work I've finally got this thing all together and I'm just about ready to take it to the water to tune it. I've had it running on the stand and it seemed to have no problem revving up.

The problem is that after I did the compression test and again yesterday when i tried to start it I found gas/oil in the bilge. I didn't notice it when the engine had been running but its there now.
I pulled everything back out and got the engine on my table beside the ski (still connected). I can fire it up but i can't find a leak anywhere. I was sure that there would be a hole in the bottom of the crankcase but I can't find anything wrong.

Has anyone run into this before? I don't know what else to look for.
