that is nice work all around. any tips on turfing the chin pad? I've been thinking of doing it myself.

Thanks guys.
Actually the chin pad is the easiest to do and a good peice to practice on before the ski.
I removed the padding,sanded the plastic then glue and stick!
Heat gun for bending nice and easy then just cut away the access however you would like.
If doing a design i cut out the first peice then lay that upside down on the other pc of turf and trace it. Than cut on the line and sand till they fit nice and tight. Glue one then the next . Done

Got my new hood seals in! Awesome product.
Also did some turfing. Now need to get my prop and some bilge acc.

Finally! Water tested,took it out for the first time the other day.
Love how small and light it feels.
Few problems right off that will need to be addressed this winter.
Definatly need a steering upgrade,cant stand the stock i will not turn for you feel.
Also need a msd enhancer, plenty of power just bangs of the rev limiter.
Also a few pics of the new ride spot,set up.
