55_gallon_drum2.jpgI dont know how much of a problem exists that this might actually alleviate but if I have access to brand new 55gal drums and my truck has a lift gate to move them. Would it come in handy to fill one or more of these up with 93 so we dont have to stop riding to go to the gas station for fuel? I just figured 2hrs/5gallon X 20 skis= alot of frickin fuel/wasted time. Why not bring the gas with us? Thoughts?

Of course there is the fire hazard with all that high octane debauchery:Banane09: LSFR BLOWIN UP YA'LL

FnA Lets ride already!!

PS: Ive got that covered, Im the Haz Mat Mgr for UT.

Thread Jack Alert:

Is this beach pit bike and Quad friendly?? Do I need to make a phone call to the local Gestapo??

I want to bring the Quad to pull the skis around instead of the truck while at the beach.

give it time man. got to break it in right, get it tuned - then you can test the powerband.

***** makes the best powerbands. theyre so light years ahead of the 'competitiors' powerbands that they dont even exist yet.

Use a metal drum if you are going to leave it in the truck while refueling static electricity and gas don't mix lol

My truck is fully equipped with grounding wires and all that, and its rear wheel drive so it would stay fully parked at the house. I am gonna take yalls feedback and downgrade to just a couple 30gal metal drums. Seems fuel wont be a problem. I thought we were pretty far from a station. Still Ill gouge yall when youre bone dry and having too much fun to drive.....25$/stand up ....all your $/couch lol, (Ill probably be "having too much fun" to even try and ride with you veterans)

Moondance

Just plain me....
It's a nice gesture, but really think it's overkill. Like those who have already posted, gas is readily available & sometimes going to get gas is a nice rest break from riding.
