Super Jet fuel leaking from carb

I was putting my ski back together tonight and started it up and noticed fuel coming out of a weep hole in the carb

the screw driver is pointing at where it was coming from and it is only the one carb




what do I do to fix it?

That is a vent hole for the backside of the diaphragm. It should be fully sealed so you either have a torn/punctured diaphragm or it's just not seated in the groove correctly.
