Frustrating!! Need HELP!!!

Whatz up guys? I'm having a lot of trouble trying to reinstall my pump, the holes for the bolts and pump will not line up correctly.. The pump housing is new, as well as the pump O ring I can't seem to compress it tight enough to get the rest of the bolts in. Check out the photos..



LBE- Thanx for replying, but the o ring is on the right way, maybe I should remove the intermediate shaft, and reinstall it after the pump???

yo man..on the 24/7 ski in the buildups that pump was a total beotch to install.....we had to mess with it for like an hour before it dropped into place....never had one do that before..

I was able to install one bolt, but the others are still being a pain in the arse...
