WHAT A PAIN IN THE AZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
got the water box in-T is on the water box-2" i.d. x 24" hose is connected to front of T and routed to the left front-B mod chamber pipe is out(no dam room to do anything w/it in there)-using a Blowsion outlet-the rearward most part of the outlet should be 67" from the rear of the hull and there fore the forward most part of the outlet should be 73" from the rear of the hull. I measured from the rear of the hull(just below bumper) to the front to be able to give a accurate begining measure point.

YES I AM REAL NERVOUS BOUT CUTTIN THAT BIG AZZ HOLE IN THE HULL

After all thats done-looks like its gonna b a real son of a B to put the chamber back in??? Install chamber and then install the head pipe???

Guys-THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YER PATIENCE W/ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

put hole up as far as possible to keep it from hittign the box. Pipe a chambers are abitch until you get use to it. I can tear down a SJ exhaust from manifold to rear in no time.

Check, double check, and check again

could I talk one of you guys into measuring yours from the rear of the hull forward? It would make me feel alot better poppin that big hole in the hull.

We didnt have a kit from BLowsion, all home made, but we just put the hole where we wanted it and plummed to it on Toby's. It seems the location of outlet is most important. Plumming to it would be the next step.

i am not sure about a blowsion set up .but i have installed about 100 of theses and my holes are 73 1/2 from the back and then a two inch opening so till it 75 1/2 for the hole . what i would do is look inside mark where the waterbox goes and make sue your exhaust is infront of that . it also shouls be just back fro m the front bumper maybe one inch . good luck

You can only go so far up before the hull before too small. Find the point right before "too small" and leave a little extra so its not insanely weak.

Heres a pic of mine, and its hitting a justa tad. I blame it on Adrian for putting the water box in wrong when marking...haha

Mine is a Kawi 650 outlet from an X2. Thanks to Crammit for hookin me up
