SXR front seal pushed out

Has anybody else had the front seal pushed out by the crank bearing with a Hotrods crank. I have put it together twice and after 2 weekends of riding it pushes out the seal and the cases are not worn or damaged the only thing I have found was the crank bearing going on the shaft I could force it on with my hands, usually you have to tap them on with a hammer or press. The second time I loctited the bearing and put stake marks on my cases and used 1104 to hold the bearings and seals and did not start it for 48 hrs. and it did it again. Even if the crankshaft was not the tightest against the bearing the cases should hold the bearing in place plus the seals have a groove to hold them in place too! Any Ideas? This is a SXR motor. Thanks ahead of time!
