Front Exhaust Install Problems... HELP!!!

Ok I have big problems... I didn't get anything done this weekend. Help me solve this one.

Problem:

1) It was late friday night and I got freaky with my superjet. I cut a hole in the front port for my front exhaust. When I bolted it on... OMFG!!!! Its too far back. The hose going to the water box sits the outlet, stoping the water box from going in to place. I went to bed crying (jk... not realy).

2) I cut the elbow off my OEM exahust tube to connect my xmetal tee to the water box. Then I cut my water box so the t would slide on. Worked good with 2 clamps. Now exhaust hose is to short to reach oem outlet to T. AND THE XMETAL END IS 2 1/2 BUT THE OEM EXHAUST OUTLET IS 2 INCH!!!

MORE:
Well I used two pieces of 2 inch radiator hose connected with an aluminum pipe coupler and 4 hose clamps as my exhaust hose for front exhaust to T. I tried shaving foam for hose to fit but ended up ripping it out! Hoses were too long so i cut radiator hose shorter. It finally gits but has a little kink in it... im not sure if thats ok or not.

I can get the water box to go in its place but it wont sit right. I can get everything connected like you see in the picture but the water box is 3 inches of bottom of the hull, altho it is snug in place.

Question:
1) What do I do to connect my emetal T to my oem outlet pipe. Coupler? Where can I get hose? etc...

2)Will the water box be ok tilted in place how it is?

3)Will my little kink in front outlet hose be ok? If not what should I use here?

4) Can I buy some after market water box where the inlet is hight up and use it?

THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!
I am so desparite PLEASE HELP!!! I want to ride!!!

Thanks-NICK

OK I would fill the hole you cut and make a new one. As for the hose, Get one fo ra round nose and then take a piece of your stock one and slide it over the rear tube to make up the size difference. GOOD LUCK!

you would use the larger round nose hose ans use the smaller hose as a insert to make up the size difference when hoseclamping it to the back. sq. hose in the rnd. hose. Not sure if I am explaining this clearly.

so... round nose exhausts are 2.5 and square are 2? My tee must have been made assuming I had a round nose?
