Custom/Hybrid from California to chicago to start her new life

Picked up Bill's foot rocket from the west coast. Ski just arrived yesterday n im very happy with ski(no water test yet).

Overall the ski n the way builder assembled are very well done n will need little to no work. I have to install bolts to the ride plate that are missing n i was told a bilge is rolling around.

Besides that ski fires right up n sounds very good. The elevation is slightly different so i may have to take apart carbs to see what jetting specs im dealing with.

If anyone knows what all has been done to the ski could you fill me in. Bill was a little vague on his description of the ski n what mods she has(port work, jetting, domes, hours, 61t?, etc....)

No port work normal jetting for bpipe. pump gas domes. Great ski.
Bummed to sell it, but this house remodel is coming along, should have this house listed in a few weeks.
Not sure what Hull I will be getting next, but going with dasa 950 pv and skat 148 or 155 setback depending on the hull.

cant help but notice how far in that damn pjs finger throttle is. how does that not get in the way and be annoying? two fingers on it?

thatll be moved out

theres also about 1MM of pull left in throttle that needs to be adjusted....gotta have full potential of motor..

theres a fair amount of small tweaks that ill have to do

I just went over ski n plan to ride tomorrow...

All fixed
-slack in throttle cable
-dual bilge wires rubbing on drive shaft
-stiffness in trim system
-bolts on ride plate missing
-trigger moved
-slop in grips
-fuel selector
-partially collapsed exhauat tube
-worn trim spring
-bilge rolling around
-etc..




overall ski was in solid shape n I'm happy with purchase.
