need more and better pics, and what was the compression before you remvoed the head?

what did it do just loose power?

that was the compression before i removed head.....oil line came off while (or before)my buddy was riding it and it died of course because of the overheat switch and he kept trying to start it

oh duh, too early for me.

its screwed man.

pull the cylinder, and hope for the best with the crank.

you MIGHT be able to cheap out and hone, re-ring that one 30pis cylinder, but Ill bet it is scored more than will hone out.

how do i pull the cylinder do i have to split the case?

No - just undo all the bolts holding the cylinder down and slide it up off the cases - the pistons will just slide through. Put some rag around the rods when you've got the cylinder lifted up a bit to stop any ring debris that might be trapped in the ring grooves from falling down into the cases.

you dont HAVE to split the cases to pull the cylinder.

BUT, you likely will want to if there is any ring or sleeve debris unaccounted for in the engine, you dont want that crap down in there to get in a crank bearing and cost you a $400 crank ( or get punted and bust the cases)

ok got cylinder off........piston is obviouly f'd cylinder looks scratched slightly but not but considering what piston looks like.....heres pics

Ya, you had something go through your motor. You'll have to split the cases and check everything. Crank "may" be wasted too or you might get lucky.
Also you'll need to inspect the bottoms of your cases.

ok disconnected everything labeled and moved out of the way to remove engine but 4 wires from stator behind flywheelthat go to electrical box........do i have to take apart electrical box to disconnect them?
