Learned from you Don! @Sanoman

She's coming along nicely, got the mid-shaft assembly installed, motor pre-shimmed and cleaned, ready for exhaust manifold.

Now the tricky part... Jig saw puzzle time. Trying to decide the order I will install the remaining parts, per your expert advice.

@Limitedslip07 tank was estimated to be welded today and shipped possibly tomorrow.

Very happy with the build and haven't had any major setbacks that I wasn't completely expecting thanks to all of Don's great advice prior to buying his hull. Great guy!

Took it on a test ride last weekend and pissed off two sets of neighbors, complaining that it was "Loud and Obnoxious". :)

What to do, what to do? Maybe a decal is needed saying "loud pipes save lives?", or "If it's too loud, you're too old" lol

I want to give a huge thank you to everyone involved in providing parts and knowledge for my assembly! Great sellers and would do business with them all again!
@Sanoman, @JetManiac, @LimitedSlip7, @Jyzmbe
Thanks guys!

Made a ton of difference! I'm very happy with it. Still have some tuning to do. On my test ride, I double tapped the throttle (not expecting anything to happen other than just accelerate a little) and wound up upside down. I think I'll be flipping very soon. :)

I would turf the side of your fuel cell just so you won't have metal rubbing in your pipe just in case things shift a little while your riding if you haven't already done so

Planning on doing that this weekend actually. I've got turf in the mail. I'm paranoid and am scared to ride, because there is zero turf on the tank currently. I'm thinking some 26mm foam on the bottom and turf pipe side and bottom, along with battery tray.

make sure there is some kind of padding anywhere that the pipe could possibly rub. It doesnt take much to run right through it.

Nosed in on a backflip and it appears one of the RHASS mounts de-Vulcanized itself from the Aluminum mounting plate, and the 3 others ripped in half. I realized the prop wasn't turning any longer, Needless to say, it was a little scary opening the lid to look for damage.
