Footholds?

Hi guys, just picked up a 1989 440. Wanted to put some footholds in it and get it ready for the ohio river this summer. Was wonder what the options for footholds were and where to purchase. I am wanting to put some new turf down and wanted some insight on that. Lastly does anyone have any experience plasti dipping a ski or would it peel off with the impacts. Thanks

Footholds: @TOBY @tom21 @waterfreak and many more people/companies on here sell them at a reasonable price

Turf - search and read, its been covered a bazillion times. Use google: https://www.google.com/webhp?source...fe=off&q=site:x-h2o.com+foothold+turf+install

No idea on the dip, but it has crossed my mind recently too... try it and let us all know!

Oh, and welcome to the "X" - now before anyone beats me to it, get a superjet (so you can eventually get an aftermarket hull, cause that's how it goes around here!) :D

There was one thread on here about plastidiping a ski. It didnt seem to hold up to the water and peeled almost instantly if I can remember. Give it a try though. Maybe you will figure out how to make it last. Oh and welcome to the forum!
