FX-1 Footholds for a 6'5"er

Planning on getting some footholds this spring. I'm 6'5". Anyone around this height have footholds? I'm thinking of putting them as far back as I can. Just worried about placing them and then thinking, damn, I should have them a little farther forward. Also wondering the type of holds. I have a size 13 shoe. Thanks
