Got the holds glued with 404 and foamed today:Banane01: :Banane01: they will be glassed in tomarrow:biggthumpup: Then All I have to do is put everything back together

nice work. I would sand all the way through the paint before you glass them in. also make sure you lay up several layers around the exhaust hole. its a good place to start getting some nice soggy foam.

Its for a type 4 w/ water injection, novi maxi flows 48mm I think, MSD enhancer, worx pump grate/stuffer, SS prop, UMI steering, carbon tech reeds, pro tec limited head with girdle, and soon UMI zero degree bars. I think that's it:biggthumpup:
* Yes, there will be some 1208 biax in the tray with a layer of some cloth thats been hanging around my shop. Hopefully I will be reinstalling the motor tomarrow:woot: :Banane01: :biggrin:
* I plan on ordering a billit finger throttle and hood hooks and suggestions?

I just put a billet PJS throttle from JetWorld, $52 + S&H + $6 cable adapter.
Havent ridden with it yet, but it is a clean piece!

I opened up the biax- that stuff is thick!
It will take a bunch of resin to wet this down.
I assume it goes smooth side up . . . . :biggrin:

Started turfing it tonight got the underpad done and I will start the fun part tomarrow after school. I should have the new bars and grips tomarrow aswell. I'm shooting to have it completely back together by tomarrow night so I can ride this weekend, I also got some new riding/wrestling shoes:biggthumpup: :woot:
