Foothold Question

Installed a set of trinity composites footholds on my sxi pro. Sweet and stout holds by the way.
So heres my question...

I used u.s. composites fasco 110 2 part epoxy to glue them in and they are solid. I even ran a bead around the entire foothold to transition the elevation change and to reassure that they are water tight.

Will i be sorry if i dont glass them as well?

By the way, the screws were temporary while the glue cured. They are now out and holes filled.
Thanks

I riveted mine in and left them. I also did a few layers of glass as well. Glass not shown in the pics

Yeah they are pretty sweet, and big. Lots of room for padding and turf. They extend almost all the way out to the side of the gunwhale.

Thanks much!

That FFH looks badass! Was gonna do a front strap. Gotta think about it.

The holds went in fairly easy. The hull is primered and after a little more wet sanding I'll be laying some color.

I also shaved the fuel cap cavity up front. Heres a preview
Gonna do a build up thread in the near future once she's done.
