Foothold Question? Any straight forward?

Are there any, or has anyone ever made any that your feet are straight forward instead of angled outward like most seem to do?
They all seem to be reversed pigeon toed and are uncomfortable to me.

yeah I've been thinking about them, they are a definite posibility.

Revs are not reversed pigeon-toed.

The other possibility is to just get REV footholds with enclosures. The REV's have an ankle cutout and with the enclosures are pretty close to having your feet straight forward. Obviously footstraps will be perfectly square but you will also lose the wide stance advantage with them.
