Foothold preference

Ok so i am gonna buy some footholds this week to install in my sn. I have done quite a bit of research and found that many are partial to the WCF footholds. I also have heard many good things about the trinity holds (my buddy swears by them) . I wear a 10 1/5 shoe. i guess what i am asking is what is the difference in the two and if you have tried both which do you prefer? i am looking for an easy install and something that will lock me in nicley.

did you try your buddy's footholds? to me, that is the only way to know for sure. TOM21's footholds are the best I have tried.

we put them in over the winter so only tried them trailer ridin... i have tried footholds once but not sure what they were...so i have been doing as much research as i can to make sure i get the right ones. I know alot of people have different opinions and i am sure they all work well, i just want to know why people are opposed to ones they are.

I have size 10 feet and use skate and wrestling shoes

I found my kickers a little tough to use with skate shoes and too small..

Cyclones are alright but more toe holds than anything

I have a set of uninstalled XFT's that im sure will be awesome

WDK are pretty good, nice and snug

The Ski Clinic might be producing their set that is an open toe but has a 25mm pad on the top for unreal comfort..

I love my "tom21's". But I've never had anything else. They are "roomy" even with 25mm pad, but you can always contant cement another layer of turf over the instep to make them tighter.
I think footholds are a "personal preference" kinda thing.
But, done right, install can't be called "easy" no matter what you choose.

ya i just came across tom21's thread on holds...his look prettt sweet... now i defanatly dont know which ones to get...seems like which ever ones i get ( thrust, trinity, WCF, tom21's) i can add pad to make them fit me nicely

I love my Wamilton Cyclone foot holds. They are a perfect fit for me size 10.5. My feet have never come out. Another good thing about his foot holds is you can get a pre cut mat kit to match that foot hold which makes for a much easier instalation.
