Foaming tips and tricks?

It was bought for three Superjets. We thought we'd need 5 cuft per ski. It actually ran about 3-3.5 cuft for the first one. The second ski hasn't been refoamed yet, and the third ski is not getting refoamed this year...maybe next.

Ok I got you. I bought the same kit (just one kit) to do some foam work on my I/O boat (maybe 2 -3 cu ft) and my foothold install (1 cu ft).

yes I did....still havent done anything to it...and I still need to go up to pauls and drop off the head pipe

i just played with 4lb foam this mornig that stuff is cool.does everyone use a mixer when mixing foam to refoam the rear hull or can you mix by hand quick enough

A mixer? LOL..never though of that.
I just use a wooden stick to stir it up good.
