I got A PROBLEM !!!
Yestoday was working on my 06 SXR and 750X2 engines. My goal was to replacestock flywheels on bouth for Jetinetics's flywheels ( new for SXR and used for X2 ). Useing special removal bolt I didn't have any problem to take flywheel from 14 years old engine. But I hit major bump when tryed it on 06 engine.
Stripe tread on special bolt and little bit on flywheel. Today I cut off damaged tread and tryed again... with same result.

Is it other way to remove flywheel ????????????????????????
I was thinking heat it with torch ???

Give me some advise , please

Heat the flywheel, ice the shaft, tap the removal assembly with a hammer when its tight.

Yepp,heat..i use carb clean to spay the center shaft, cools it quick to shrink it wile the heated fly stays expanded.Tap the end of the puller, not sure what puller u have but i use a 3/8 impact on mine then tap with a deadblow and it will pop off.

The kawasaki flywheels do not come off the same way a Yamaha one does. It doesnt use a typical puller its a nut that threads into the end of the wheel and forces it off the shaft. (I think)
