Superjett has a method for this where he uses a cd and makes a flush surface using 5200

That does not work with the x-metal style scupper.

What you need to do is grind out the 2" tube so that the tube fits all the way in the scupper, while maintaining the required angle.

Forgive the crappy picture.

Heat may do it, but any kink in the pipe would restrict the flow of water.

It's kind of intimidating to get into at first, but once the hole is in the hull and you can see the angles required, it's easy to do.

slide the scupper tube into the hull, let 1" hang out, where it meets the hull, trace it out, slide the scupper tube back out, cut it off at your line, this should work out for the scupper.

do that plus sand the edges at an angle..... you will notice if you dont the short side of the angel barley slides in to the xmetal scupper.....

You can also find flex tubing at Home depot or McMaster that will fit over the 2" PVC with a little force. Just 5200 it in place. Same type of tubing Blowsion uses with their 1 way valve.
