Hard to tell in the pics but I had the UMI top stop and the adaptors machined flat. I didn't like the way the bolts looked with the round lip for the 7/8 part of the adaptor there. Figured I would break it quickly. Big thanks to Madnessmaker for that one.

I lowered my tray about an inch too. Cut the whole bottom of the tray out but left the footholds mounted right where they were. Found some real shoddy glass work and the footholds were elevated from too much foam on the previous owners install. Found some cracks and fixed all of them too. Cut off the rear bond line because it was a mess. Inside the tray was wet but I don't care. It's a surf boat. The heavier the better.

I just upgraded to UMI from stock raider! Why you wanna spend more of my money? Lol

With brand new bearings and a new steering cable it's so smooth it feels like its broken.

We have a guy in our crew that just put 701 steering on a blaster so I will check it out once his ski is up and running.

Today is the first ride on it this year. I think it should ride way better with the lower/padded tray, wide bars, UMI steering, brand new steer cable and correct pump shoe.

The sweep is great. Needs maybe -1/2 inch more cut off on either side and that's it. And a throttle wheel. My square throttle cable has no more adjustment right now. It's a little tight.
