yes I trimmed about a half and inch to an inch off the corners of the nosepiece. I used a stock nosepiece, Not sure if Tom21 is making a square nosepiece yet or not.

I know I am interested in one that gets rid of the gas door though cause mine only lasted about 5 rides this season.

yea i think im going to bite the bullet and buy one...do you know who all makes em? i know blowsion does but$$$$$$$$$

I am done moving the shop and have things under control pretty good now so its time to get back to finishing some things like the nose that I have started. planning on 2 versions one like the round where it will expose the cap and one to delete it.

get going TOM!!!!! I need one. I have been using a stocker since i put this ski together and need one of em. The gas door blew off pretty quick. I guess in 1990 they didn't know I was gonna roll the crap outta this ski?

I'll get some more for you... the ski is sitting in the corner of the garage covered in dust right now... I haven't ridden it since I blew the motor during hurricane Irene.

What exactly do you want pictures of?

Could you snap a few from behind, a side shot, from the front and maybe one with someone standing in the tray. Im curious how high the bars are vs where your body is if that makes sense

It is comfortable for me and I am 5'10" You can always add risers to the steering to make it taller or taller bars if thats what you are worried about. I will take some pictures in a few.

Backflipped this ski a bunch yesterday. With a 61X/61X single carbed motor. A lot less power than I am used to and it really didn't turn the prop I have in there but it still flipped really well.

I think flipping fixed steer skis is much easier than pole skis. They just go right around.

Motor is 61X/61X with 62T electronics, lightened flywheel, MSD enhancer, ported b pipe, Flow control valve, RN waterbox, ADA head with 33cc domes.

It will be coming to daytona like this.

I can take some tomorrow morning for you.

If you send him a steering setup, all you have to do is bolt everything on. There is no cutting, grinding or altering required. Very easy bolt on application.
