finally had some time to work on my ski

Finally had some time to something other than work.

I got sick of my stock bars bending so I fabed up a stearing plate that takes oversize mountain bike bars. (just looked on the RRP site today to see something the same!) made some alloy fitings and go them anodized blue (Bling Bling), sorted out some bilge pump wiring issues, fitted Tygon fuel and water lines, turfed the pole pad (what a saga!)

Still to finish

billet alloy pole bracket
flow control valve
kevlar hull reinforcement

nice work , i like the look off the mountain bike bars on there , ski is looking good

Hows Ch CH w-nut water warming up? You wont loose that motor in a hurry did you find it at the end of your rainbow leprechaun ???
