I really like the green. I have heard these stunts hulls sink like a rock...I see they dont have a bulk head and no foam, now i know why they do that lol.

Keep up the good work!

i like it too. yeah i sank it 2 years ago and it went down fast!!! but good bilges can help prevent that from happening

since my ski has no foam and the scuppers are already in and bilges and the bilge drain holes are drilled pretty far back does anyone have any suggestions on how i can put some flotation in the back?? i was thinking the ping pong ball thing but then how do i keep them back there because i cant glass them in there.. maybe glue a screen or something that water can flow through on the back of the firewall?????????

If I were you, I would take out your scuppers, glue in PVC pipes where they go and support them by the firewall side temporarily. Stand the ski straight up and fill it with foam. Once dry you can cut foam and make it flat, and fiberglass it, then you got a nice firewall. Then trim your scupper tubes and your golden, this is what was done to mine.

That is a great idea and I should have read some of your build first to see how you did it but the bottom part of my hull is being sprayed black as I type this and I'm kicking myself in the ass for not doing that..

You could easily pop them out, and when u put them back in you can silicone around them and it will hide any of the marks u made from removing them. I would highly recommend it!

Dont put pour foam in the back of your ski...It will absorb water like no tomorrow. I would run blocks of polystyrene or fill some 2 liters with pour foam then wedge them in the back.

Wow this build came along FAST!!!! Looks excellent. However should've hacked the plow bump off the bottom, it changes the handles quite a bit.

Yes do it this way. I am currently doing this on my brothers stunt. Definitely do this or get a 'Retriever', you don't want to end up like me with a lost ski http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/120663-Sunk-Ski-in-Lake-Erie-how-do-we-find-it
