i think when you do it in your ski you need to do it a litle bit at the time
my ski had a bit where it didnt have troom to expand and so it was all hard
I guess it wouldnt have as much flotation because of it

I've done two skis now, and we'd always mix one 8 ounce cup at a time, pour it, wait until it's fully expanded & hardened, then do the next.
