would this be smart it's just to fill on some holes in the tray, before i turf it? it has foam backing so it wont be that much. would it seal it so no water gets in?

I figured that when the resin I used didn't work. Epoxy resin is what I need to use right? I just wanted to rid this weekend, guess I'll have to wait. Was thinking of using west system with epoxy resin to fill and then 17oz biax to cover it. What you think?
