first roll since i hurt my leg i go and hurt my wrist. i landed flat and maybe over rotated. i guess from 10ft, it was off an overhead wave. didnt hurt my legs other arm but for some reason it jammed my wrist in a unknown direction(s).

im getting more movement with less pain but its still total BS im pissed.

sports authority has braces that would help you till the pain goes down... they are really comfy and you can tighten them up good. I have jammed my wrist before like that.. it does hurt for a while, cause you tend to re-injur it a lot.

cant tell you the amount of times my hand has looked like that...while painful the worst thing is that it TAKES FOREVER to heal because you use your wrist so much more than you think and you aggravate it non stop.
