Fast elements

Waiting on the rest of my shipment from fast elements. I received half of my items in 1 box and the other half is missing. The ship slip said package 1 of 1 so I know the delivery driver didn't screw up. I never got a notification on back order of any product so idk what the hold up is. The phone number on their website goes straight to voicemail as well. Anyone else have this experience with them?

Issue resolved.

Cliff notes:
-half of order wasn't in stock

-couldnt contact since owner was out of the office

-email he sent me about back ordered stock got lost in the deep deep pits of the interweb, or possibly my AOL mailbox just hates me (aol sucks btw)

-refunded me for backordered product without a hassle

*btw he did send me a cool t-shirt. AND IT FIT!
