Steve is a good to deal with and prompt on getting back to you by phone. I had to be a bit patient with the order due to a back order. It did take an extra month passed the estimated completion date to get the Flow Box, but the quality looks good. If you are looking to get one asap I would make sure they are in stock before you buy one, just my opinion. Thanks to Steve (Fast Elements) and H2O Designs for getting the box out as soon as you could. I would buy from again.

They should give you a confirmation email, if anything give Steve a call at Fast Elements. For the most part his communication was good for me. Mine just showed up today, so I would imagine they have some in stock.

Yeah recieved the sales reciept through email, still working on my build, have prob a month left on it, if its back ordered, it is what it is there so sweet looking i can wait
