Fake Mikuni carbs a problem ?

I received a 46mm super BN and to my concern there isn’t any formal packaging (corporate logo/info instructions sheets etc). It arrived as a bubble wrapped carb in a brown box. It does have the logo on it but I can’t tell if it’s a fake or not. Is this a known/common problem when buying on EBay?

Thats a Mikuni ! WSP repackages them, thats why it came the way it did.
Another way to tell is look at the stamping on the butterfly. The little square, next to the 120
Is a Mikuni parts logo. You have nothing to worry about

I think every mikuni carb gets copied except for the sbn.

Thank you Quinc - I was also able to confirm with both wps and Mikuni directly. Interesting that they don’t bother repackaging with ANY info etc that it is legit. certainly would help alleviate that bad gut feeling you’ve been duped!

The question comes up a lot and all the Mikuni stuff from WPS is genuine.
